Registration Deadline: March 21, 2024
Participant Capacity: The opening day of the workshop has a limit of 150 attendees. Seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, with registration concluding once capacity is reached. The capacity for each training workshop is detailed in the “Training Workshops” section.
Registration Fee:
- Attendance on the first day and the theoretical lectures on the second day is free.
- Enrollment in the training workshops is priced at 2500 TL per workshop.
Registration Waivers for Training Workshops:
For students whose applications are accepted but whose labs lack the necessary funds, we are pleased to offer 3 registration waivers. These waivers are intended to ensure that financial constraints do not hinder the participation of promising researchers in our training workshops, allowing them to benefit from this unique educational opportunity without the burden of registration fees.
Certificates: All participants will receive a certificate acknowledging their participation in the conference and any workshops attended.
Attendee Registration: Completing the registration form is all that’s required to attend. If you wish to participate as a short talk or poster presenter, please include an abstract with your registration.
Poster and Paper Presentations: This workshop offers early career scientists the chance to present their work either through posters or selected talks. To apply for these opportunities, include an abstract with your registration form submission.
Abstract Submission Guidelines:
- State the objective of your study.
- Provide a brief description of your methods.
- Summarize the results obtained.
- Conclude with your findings.
- Abstracts should be 250-350 words in length.
Training Workshop Application: To apply for a training workshop, submit a motivation letter along with your registration.
Motivation Letter Guidelines:
- Introduce your scientific research.
- Explain why your presentation/poster aligns well with the workshop’s focus.
